Dunkin' - Paterson

We visited the restaurant today and unfortunately experienced racism. A male staff member of Spanish descent made our visit difficult and hindered us from placing our order. He was 26 years old.

I went there for a coffee, and the experience was quite unpleasant. The woman who served me was rude and aggressive, as if it was a big deal to change my order. I ended up throwing my coffee in the trash because I couldn’t trust it after that encounter. I seriously think she might have done something unsanitary to it. They should really consider letting go of employees like that, as they seem to view their customers in a very negative light.

I started coming to this location a few days ago, most of staff was nice just one worker wasn't very kind he handed me my food and sneered at me with an eye roll, then on top of that was sitting with my family eating despite his rude dispostion,prior my family and I were laughing and talking he came from his work area leaned near the door and said to quiet down what?? I was like noone is being loud I left and won't ever return to that location.

Worst place to go to. The store manager is so rude and speaks to you with no sense of customer service.
