Kfc - Paterson

The experience was decent. The fries were cold and the chicken in my Famous Bowl was slightly overcooked.

The food was extremely greasy and had a terrible taste.

Items missing from my order again! This is the second time this has happened.

The staff at this restaurant were extremely professional and friendly, ensuring a quick and efficient dining experience. Additionally, the food at KFC was delicious, especially the chicken which was finger-licking good. LOL.

Calling this store is a waste of time. I have tried calling for days and never received an answer. How can a business be run this way? Nobody seems to be able to hear the phone. Additionally, every time I have gone in and tried to speak with a store manager, they are never there past seven or eight. This is incredibly frustrating because my wallet is in their safe and I cannot get it back since the store manager is never there to open it.
