Krispy Krunchy Chicken - Paterson

I ordered two dishes, the chicken tenders and the Hallah platter, and both were extremely dry and unpleasant. Furthermore, the Manager, Mohamed, was very rude and lacked proper manners. This restaurant is overall terrible and I would not recommend dining here.

I have been wanting to try Krispy Kruncchy Chicken for a while now, ever since it first opened. Finally, I had the opportunity to sample their food yesterday and I was very excited. My father and I were in the area, waiting to pick up food, and had some time to spare, so we decided to give this place a try. I opted for the chicken tenders meal that was displayed at the counter, as I didn't want to wait too long for my food. To my surprise, the tenders, fries, and biscuit were not just warm, but hot and crispy. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The meal also came with a spicy ranch dipping sauce, which added a nice kick to the flavors. For around $12, we got 4 pieces of tenders, a honey biscuit, fries, and a drink. I didn't want the drink, so I asked if we could substitute it for another side, but unfortunately, our request was denied. The seating area was mostly clean and empty on a Friday afternoon, but I deducted one star from my review because I found a chicken wing bone on the floor, which was a bit off-putting. Considering the restaurant was not busy, I believe the staff should have paid more attention to cleanliness. Despite this, the food was the highlight of the experience and I thoroughly enjoyed what I tried. I am looking forward to returning to sample more items from their menu in the future. God willing.

DO NOT EAT HERE, I ordered a simple chicken platter, next morning I wake up and I’m throwing up consistently from 9am 7pm. Couldn’t get out of my house! Had to skip work, and by the next day I was still throwing up a little bit more until it was all over. I cant even begin to explain how much pain I was in all day because of their disgusting chicken, the food wasn’t even good, at least make good food if you’re going to poison us right? This place is a health code violation, 0 stars!

Delicious fried chicken. Great mashed potatoes and gravy. Cole slaw was ok. I ordered a 4 piece chicken combo. Three of the pieces were wings though with one breast. Disappointed with the selection but it’s good chicken.

Quick grab and go place. Chicken Sandwich was alright but felt a bit dry. BBQ chicken wings were decent.
