Pizza Hut Express - Paterson

The waitress who served me handled the payment and then proceeded to prepare my order using the same gloves without sanitizing them or changing them regularly. I mentioned this issue to the managers and owners of the restaurant, as hygiene practices like these should be a priority.

I did not enjoy the pizza I received. It was cold, hard, and tasted like plain bread and butter. It was not a pleasant dining experience.

The food was delicious. The location is great for a relaxing meal. The service was attentive and friendly. The portion sizes are generous and satisfying.

Overpriced, lighting is dim and unappealing, and atmosphere is extremely outdated. The setup is ridiculous with having a hostess stand, you don't pay at the table and then send you to the ice cream shop to pay for your dinner.
