Pizza Hut - Patterson

I really enjoy the cheese melt, but you all need to stop overcooking the pizza.

I observed the cook touching her face and hair before starting to make the pizza without washing her hands. Additionally, the cashier handled money and the register, then proceeded to touch the pizzas, pasta, and other food items without washing her hands either. When I inquired about using gloves while preparing the food, she mentioned that they do not use gloves. I ultimately requested a full refund.

I drove 25 minutes for a terrible experience! I ordered a Supreme pizza, and all I wanted was one side with no Italian sausage and the other side with beef. Clearly, they can't tell the difference between Italian sausage and beef! There was Italian sausage all over the pizza, with maybe 10 pieces of beef. It wouldn't surprise me if they end up closing for good. I definitely won't be returning; I'd much rather go to the one in New Iberia—they know the difference between sausage and beef.

Food delivered by a third party service even though it was ordered on the Pizza Hut app. Food arrived lukewarm and took over an hour to get.

Since August of 2022, the Super Supreme Pizza has been lowered to nothing more than a 3 topping pizza. Pizza Hut has taken away the pork, beef, ham, and black olives. Leaving us very underwhelmed. Domino's still has all the toppings, so I guess that is where my will go from now on. Thanks for not appreciating my business for the past 20 years.
