They were quick to get up from their card game to take care of us. The decor in this place is ancient and not very fancy, but very rustic. The dollar bills stapled everywhere was a unique touch. My kids got to see their first jukebox. They had a few arcade games, but most of them didn’t work. First time I’ve ever seen Pool tables in a restaurant. The food was decent. I ordered the catfish, which was okay, but I wasn’t a fan of the sweet relish in the tartar sauce. My daughter had s burger. It was basic. Nothing to write home about. The bread pudding wasn’t bad. It wasn’t great, but it wasn’t bad. The price is pretty decent as well. Don’t forget to go say high to the peacock and the chickens in the back.
