The waitress was very friendly and showed us on our table and...take us the menu. First, the choice of wine was very bad. Two rosés and four or five reds. White! 15€ for 50cl, which was very disappointing considering that we are in one of the most famous wine-growing countries to be fair, it tastes delicious. The menu is not very large, so we decided to order the shakers of mixed appetizers and two nets consisting of a fruit-de-mer for my wife and I ordered a mixed chicken and seafood stir fry. The Sharing Plate was all deep fried and was not very good. The networks were even worse. The fruit de mer was served on a dazzling dish, but was bad and my mixed stir fry was also bad and apart from the chicken and two or three prawns I left the rest. We paid the insignificant bill and left. We wouldn't recommend it and would never return.
A complete menu to choose from. I had a pig soup to begin and beaf and pineapple head. The soup was delicious, not too cool, just spiced enough. The main plate was a rich, deep aroma with rice. The staff spoke a little English and where... very kind. I loved the meal an atmosphere.
We searched for restaurants in the area and went with to check their menu, comments from other reviewers were mixed. We didn't have to worry, traditional Asian restaurant. Very friendly staff that was very helpful. We had the Vietnamese menu for 2... delicacies.
It was late in the evening when we were looking for a place to eat and after driving around the streets of Pau saw that this place was still open. Street parking right in front made it easy. When entering you will immediately think of really old Chinese / Asian restaurants with the dragons, gold color everywhere etc. And so was the inside. There's a bar if you need a drink. All tables from seats for two to large parties. There were only two other parties in place; so we probably got special attention. The menu was in French and the waiter spoke French and not English. Fortunately, my wife speaks French and we can point out and ask. So another adventure. And a good one. The food was very good. Shares were more than sufficient and prices were decent. What more can you ask for from a restaurant. I'd go again, it's the opportunity to present itself.
The food was delicious too. We came only because the French bistro was on vacation, and I was surprised at how pleasant a time we had. We ate outside in a pleasant terrace with a fountain and the rustle of bamboos.
