Contribuisci feedbackWe visit the Copper Grill at least once a week, typically for breakfast, and enjoy the friendly staff and good food. However, our recent dinner experience was completely disappointing, and we won't be returning. We waited over 30 minutes for one of our meals, and when we finally received our drinks, they were incorrect and took another 15 minutes to correct. When we expressed our concerns to the owner's daughter at the checkout, she rolled her eyes at us, which was very unprofessional. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
We have been frequenting the Copper Kettle regularly for the past year. The staff is consistently friendly and accommodating, and the food has been excellent. There was only one meal that fell short of their usual high standards, but I would still consider it acceptable. As long as they maintain their current level of service, we will keep dining there a couple of times each week.
During my breakfast visit on May 31, 2015, I noticed a customer wearing a t-shirt with "suck my $5uk" printed in large letters. When I brought this to the manager's attention, she simply told me I could approach the person and ask him to cover up his shirt, saying there was nothing she could do about it. This was quite disappointing, especially given the number of children present in the family-friendly restaurant. While the food was decent, it took an incredibly long time to be served. I don’t think I will be returning!
The breakfast was great and dinner was decent. However, the parking lot needs urgent repairs as there are large potholes. To the owner: instead of spending money on another fancy suit this year, please take action to fix the parking lot!
The restaurant wasn’t even busy, yet the service and attitude were disappointing. The waitress was quite slow and unfriendly.
