ALL dunkins are getting terrible, what's so hard about making a regular coffee. I asked for a small regular iced coffee and it Cleary says it on the sticker yet I get a coffee with hardly no ice and it's kinda dark and no sugar, really !!??? And that's why I didn't leave a tip!

If it says you’re open until 9pm, then stay open until 9pm. This place blows and will waste your time.

Ordered 2 hot chocolates and the sticker on the cup even says hot chocolate but y'all game me coffee!!...my kids cannot drink coffee!!...how hard is it to follow simple instructions and do your job right!?...I've worked harder jobs and still couldn't mess up a simple task...y'all need training for a donut shop and that's sad...

Always great people doing their best to get things done. Very busy store with excellent fast service.
