Papa Johns - Pawtucket

Papa John's is not a sit-down restaurant, but you can order delivery or takeout. The prices are fair and the food is good. Personally, I prefer it over Dominos.

Pizza was fresh and good tasty sauce!!! I wish they would not put hot pepper in the box with the pizza esp when I have allergy and tell.them not to do it!!!!

The staff at this restaurant were incredibly accommodating when a mistake resulted in the garlic sauce spilling all over the pizza. They quickly remade the pizza and were very friendly throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this place!

I ordered a pizza, arrived at the restaurant, and was told they didn't have an order under my name. I left, but ten minutes later they called me asking if I was going to pick up my food. When I informed the guy that I had just been there and had been told there was no order for me, he became very rude. This place is one of the worst pizza places I have ever experienced in terms of service.

I don't understand the bad reviews. I had to drive a little out of my way to this location as they closed the Papa John's near me. I was starving and could see my pizza was ready as promised when I arrived, the gentleman was on the phone with a complicated order. He did acknowledge me when he had to put the customer on hold and when he got off the phone he gave me a very sincere apology which goes a very long way with me. I made sure to note his name, Mario, so I could acknowledge him in my review. Usually people don't care at all and are borderline rude so I was very happy. I specifically went there for the stuffed crust pepperoni pizza because I have been craving it and it was freaking delicious.
