Contribuisci feedbackWe come to this location way too often (way too often), and 99% of the time receive hot food and great service. The 1% of the times it's not, the store always fixes it to make it right. The drive thru is normally faster than it looks too, I just always seem to pick the slow line! LOL
Customer service in the drive-thru line is met or miss in this place! The young lady in the window turned around and threw my bag on me, never said a word and then turned around with a frying. I always had an excellent customer service at Chick-fil-A, but ?some? the young employees here are not always friendly.
The food was pretty good and quite expensive. I went to breakfast here for two days. When I first went, they made my order wrong. I had ordered grilled chicken and they gave me fried. The second time they have it right.
The hiring manager(s) at this resturant are prejudice they do not hire black males! My son interviewed twice and they did not hire him or any black male. They need more diversity within the employees gender races at this resturant!! He is articulate well spoken and has 4.0 average. His friend who is white got hired on the spot while the interviewer told my son it?s a two step process and he has to be interviewed by someone else, and never called back.
We were in line before 9pm to order two milk shakes and a cookie. There was a golf cart in front that took so long to order, that by the time we got to the lady to take our order she told us they were close. She could have easily told us ahead of time that she was not going to take anymore customers. Normally chickfila has better customer service. If you are in line before closing, you normally still get a chance to order. We ended up going up the street to another chickfila with no problems.
