Our family frequently visits this location. The atmosphere is nice. The employees are polite, courteous, and helpful. The food is good. As with most restaurants, the prices continue to climb. The parking lot is small and tight.

La Hacienda is overall the best Mexican restaurant in PTC. The food is great and the margaritas are fantastic. Just like any restaurant “post COVID” it seems that La Hacienda may be short staffed at times which does create slow service. There has been a help wanted sign on the door for a while so I don’t fault the ownership for this. In fact I’ve seen them running from tables to the kitchen etc trying to work with what they can. I highly recommend this place and it’s worth the wait.
