Mcdonald's - Peachtree City

The service at this McDonald's has improved now that COVID is over, with relatively short wait times.

Honestly, this is the grossest McDonald's I've ever visited! The floors were sticky and wet, the tables were dirty, and the windows were smudged with fingerprints all over them. To top it off, there was a roach crawling on the front counter by the registers! I was truly shocked that this is located in Peachtree City. The health department really needs to take action.

I tried to place an order through the app, getting a free fries and drink along with a McChicken. They gave me my drink and McChicken, but I didn't receive the fries. When I politely asked about the fries, the employees claimed they couldn't see the order on their end and wanted to charge me for them instead of honoring the free offer. Honestly, this place needs to improve its service.

I?ve had many bad experiences at this location over the years, but it seems they have have only continued to go downhill. I won?t be coming back to this location again. The staff is extremely rude and discourteous to customers. Service is alsoridiculously slow for ?fast? food.

This is the WORST Mcdonalds I have ever been to. Not only are the workers extremely rude, they treat you like you?re nothing but an inconvenience and the manager lets their workers yell at and cuss out customers. If you want decent service don?t bothercoming here. Update your hours too or actually stay open till listed time. If you?re understaffed, that?s no excuse to notupdate hours.
