Contribuisci feedbackHands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had in my entire life. I booked two nights for the birth of my granddaughter via our American Express Points system. (akin to sites like Expedia). I had to arrive one night early due to my grandchild coming earlier than expected in a high risk situation. I paid for that night with a credit card. Night one the room was filthy, scum in the tub, dirty sink, broken refrigerator that leaked onto the floor making the room so damp that it felt like the sheets were wet. I complained about that room the first night to no avail even sent the attached photos to the desk clerk, and was told somebody would handle it. Nobody handled it. They checked me out of that room and checked me back in for the two nights I paid for in the beginning of this long essay. I went to the desk and complained again and finally was moved to a different room. Check out morning comes and I get a message from the manager saying they were going to comp me for half my stay, which they did comp me the one night I paid for. BUT... THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN FULL PRICE FOR THE TWO NIGHTS I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. I sent emails with all my documentation including my AmEx statement showing I've now paid full price for 4 nights and half price for one and I had a terrible experience. I talked to their customer service who told me basically to just take it up with Amex. I'm not happy and will not be back. Stay away from this place.
This was a beautiful space and their pool is absolutely amazing!
This was and is the perfect venue for a family reunion as everyone enjoyed the amenities like the pool and fitness center, the suites and rooms, the bar, the available conference room spaces, and the overall experience! Thank you to the staff for the welcoming atmosphere and wonderful customer care!
Zero stars I stay here for the first time for my family reunion and me and all five of my children got bit up by bed bugs And they refused to give a refund. I will never go here again.
I stayed at this Hilton for 3 nights and couldn’t have been more pleased with the staff. I’m an early riser, and my first morning, Mykel the night auditor, was very helpful with my breakfast questions. Mykel continued this kindness each morning and had such a pleasant demeanor and always greeted me with a smile. What a gem to have a nice welcome so early in the morning. The restaurant staff, especially Francis, Sveta and Elena, were just amazing. They were so busy, but stopped and answered all my questions without making me feel like a nuisance. They all worked so hard to make my experience a great one. As for the rooms, they are comfortable and clean. I did miss having a refrigerator and long mirror. That is the worst thing I can say about my stay. Thank you to those I mentioned above for making my time away from home a better experience.
