Subway - Peachtree Corners

Firstly, I was charged an additional $1.20 for extra cheese, but the amount I received didn’t justify the extra cost. At other locations, I've never had to pay for extra cheese, so that was surprising. I don’t mind paying a little more, but when they sent me a survey asking for my feedback, I mentioned my concern, and the next day, I received a response stating that Subway is not primarily a pizza place and that all charges were justified. Essentially, they were suggesting I go somewhere else for pizza. If that’s the case, then why is pizza even on their menu? Additionally, the staff member who prepared my pizza seemed unsure about how long to cook it and repeatedly took it in and out of the oven. He also lacked the know-how to cut it properly and wasn't wearing the appropriate uniform. This experience was unlike any I've had at a Subway before. I will definitely choose a different Subway location in the future.

The experience was extremely disappointing. The restaurant was closed by 9:20 PM on a Wednesday, and the staff member at the door completely ignored me.

I wanted 2 different sandwiches that included ham. They said they were out of ham. So I settled for something I didn't really want. I didn't have time to go anywhere else. They were kind of rude about it didn't do anything to try make it right. I asked for my extra cheese to be taken off since I didn't even get the sandwiches I wanted. I had just gotten coupons in the mail (that were expiring 3 days later) they weren't even accepting coupons. How convenient. Needless to say, I won't be going back to this location.

Store is dirty and doesn't accept coupons. 1 star and hopefully they change their ways or close.

Online orders are often made incorrectly and not ready at the time of order. They except no promos, the point of sale always asks for a big tip. They will not refund you if they dont have what is needed to make your online order. Maybe if enough people say the same here, things will get better. Until then, Ill drive an extra 8 minutes to a better subway.
