We have had acceptable experiences in the past but were left very unsatisfied with our server and the way a dropped meal was handled.Our server was completely focused on the football game and not at all attentive, starting with the delay for our drinks while he watched the screens-standing and veryyy slowlyyy walking.Food was dropped, partially on a patron, who received no apology when it clearly happened because the server was.. watching TV. His delayed look down at the wasted food seemed only to disappoint that he couldn't keep watching the game.We asked for that meal to be compensated, due to the avoidable nature and overall poor service, we were granted a discount on that.He didn't know which plates were which and it was up to us to figure it out.He was too distracted to be properly apologetic for the meal he caused to be delayed. Everyone else was done eating when the replacement came out.Everything took an extended amount of time, from the beginning, to the replacement meal, to the retrieval of a to-go box and the checks.Not planning to return.Vegetarian options: Sturdy veggie burger option

I found it odd that at a place called Mugshots the bartender wouldn’t know which of the 24 taps is a porter or a “dark beer”. She took my order, dropped it off but never came back, even had to get my own ketchup.

My wife and I went to the Pearl location and asked if we could sit in the bar. We sat at a table in the bar and no one waited on us. 5 servers were standing at the front door watching us. After a short while we got up and went to tell the servers we weren't being waited on at which time one of them told us we had to sit at the bar to get service. We asked why we weren't told that and she said we didn't ask. Very rude! We left and will not go back!!! Horrible attitude by the employees. Trust me we run our own business and I would not hire the hostess there. No excuse to be rude to customers.

Could have been a much better visit if it weren't for the yelling and screaming of unattended children running around through the restaurant ?. Our waitress was very attentive and polite, checking on us to refill any drinks or food.

**** poor food, service and atmosphere. I ate here Tuesday for my birthday for a quick meal and I can honestly say I regret stopping by. Me and my family members had to get up multiple times just to find our server and we didn’t even know his name. We have to give a description of him because the guy didn’t give us his name. (And if he did, he ran away too fast enough for us to remember! Plus, it was hard to find anybody that worked there! We had to stand near to the kitchen area just to get anyone’s attention. The whole crew was in the back! We couldn’t find literally any server! The bar wasn’t even being tended to! We got in, ordered our drinks and after a bit ordered our food. Our food didn’t take long at all and even came out cold and my wings were quite literally severely under cooked. My wings were WHITE, and poorly put on sauces! My food looked pitiful! I told him to just take my food back and I ate half of the burger my mother had. My family member chicken on his pasta was dry as all hell but the one burger that my mother had was okay except the food literally wasn’t hot and fresh. (Funny enough. ? We sat in our seat for a good 6-7 mins waiting for our receipt on the way to go. Not to mention, while eating we needed help and didn’t get it. By the time he came back we just wanted to leave. He took the longest time just to bring a to go box too. There really wasn’t that many people to tend to either. Just my table of 3 and 4 other very small groups of people. Many people walked in and walked right out after seeing there were wasn’t much service or they waited too long for a pretty empty restaurant. Food wasn’t worth the price at all!!
