Starbucks - Pearl City

This is my favorite Starbucks in all of Oahu. Jasmine, the manager, is outstanding, and her team is fantastic!

I had a disappointing experience at this location. The staff seemed unable to handle phone orders properly; I ordered a venti but received a grande instead. They didn't apologize and had a rather rude attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Only let one star because they literally left a whole sugar packet in my drink. Definitely not satisfied, and will be calling the store to report this

My review for this location is long overdue. I love the staff here. They are so friendly, and greet you by name if you visit enough! Been coming to this location for 1.5 years now. My only complaint is that there?s no drive thru!

This is the best Starbucks on the island! They recognize my order as soon as I walk in and always greet me with big smiles!
