I absolutely love KFC, and although I’ve previously reviewed a different location, I wanted to share my experience at this one, particularly with Mr. Vernon, the manager here. He is my favorite reason to visit this location. I enjoy watching him interact with both employees and customers; he makes it look so effortless. Mr. Vernon is incredibly engaged and doesn’t just sit at his desk all day. You’ll often find him out on the floor, actively working. He really seems like a great guy who enjoys his job. The store is always clean, and he trains his staff exceptionally well. I've had the pleasure of meeting his team, including Randy and Latisha, among a few others whose names I can’t quite recall. I love this KFC, and even though I’ve moved, I still make it a point to stop by whenever I'm in the area. Mr. Vernon, you’re doing an outstanding job, and KFC is lucky to have such a dedicated manager!

It's often a bit unpredictable when you'll receive something truly delicious versus just an average dish. However, one thing is certain: when the staff is on point, it definitely deserves a 5-star rating.

The next time order is filled correctly will be the first....I mean, ordered on line and they left out the chicken

I would rate this restaurant with zero stars if possible. Avoid this place at all costs. If you do decide to go, don’t expect anyone to take your order. Good luck with that!
