Mcdonald's - Pearl River

I usually order through the app since I live just around the corner from the Pearl River franchise. A couple of nights ago, I had a free caramel frappe reward from my app. I typically spend at least $30 every time I visit. Unfortunately, we often receive cold fries, which is quite frustrating. They really need to improve the app. Additionally, my bonus points for the caramel frappe were never credited back to my account. I ordered a large drink but ended up with a small vanilla instead. They're at risk of losing a loyal customer with service like this.

I went thru the drive thru. The employees working the drive thru were very friendly and fast. It was the best experience I've ever had at a McDonald's ordering in the drive thru....my order was correct with all the expected trimmings without asking. My food was the perfect temperature and fresher than ever before. My cheeseburger was delicious. Exact amount of toppings and condiments. Fries were a new batch with the perfect sprinkling of salt. My caramel frappe was absolutely fabulous with whipped cream and drizzles of caramel. Man, it was so tasty I practically licked the cup and lid clean. Ok. Not practically...I did do that.
