I went to pick up some noodles for dinner tonight, and the gentleman rang me up. As he rang me up, an Indian man and his daughter just stepped in front of me and asked the man about an item while he’s in the middle of handling my transaction. I didn’t say anything, and the cashier told him the price and was going to cancel my transaction to allow this man to pay. I said I’m right here and you were in the middle of my transaction, so then he said oh OK I’m sorry that’s not what we were going to do. But the man was handing him his credit card. it’s so disrespectful. I love going to authentic markets to buy my food, but who wants to be treated like this?

NOT AN ASIAN MARKET!!! Didn’t have a basic yellow curry paste!!
