Cold Stone Creamery - Pearland

Cold Stone offers some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. We arrived at 9:56 PM, just minutes before closing, and to our surprise, the staff warmly welcomed us and happily agreed to take our order from the menu. I was truly impressed and grateful for their kindness. The ice cream itself was delightful—rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor in every spoonful. I will definitely be returning before they close!

Dear Cold Stone, I always find the staff to be very friendly whenever I visit. They consistently provide the perfect amount of ice cream for the portion sizes. I truly hope they remain in business for a long time. I've never experienced any issues here. Thank you for your excellent service!

Very clean! Usually, ice cream shops have sticky tables and floors, but this place was spotless. The smell of cake is delightful and hits you as soon as you walk in. My daughter and her dad tried the ice cream bowl. She loved it, but he wasn't as impressed; he thought it was too thick. He had mint with chocolate chips/chunks. I'll give it another go next time. Overall, it’s a lovely, tidy little spot. The outdoor terrace tables were also nice and clean—much better than Tutti Fruiti Frozen Yogurt on Business Center Drive. Based solely on cleanliness, I would choose Cold Stone over frozen yogurt every day. We will definitely be back!
