Little Caesars Pizza - Pearland

The staff is just lazy. An order placed 30 minutes before closing and appeared and was said the ovens were out and they refused to make. When I worked there, the ovens did not go out until we were CLOSED. tried to offer me an old pizza in the warmer instead, because she refused to do her job and take a shortcut.

The pizza was not fresh this time. It was a while. But customer service was very nice. Food: 1/5

It took a while to get the order placed, but pizza was done within 15 minutes and the young lady never lost her cool, even though some of the customers were upset!

Horrible experience, the cashier was young lady and was so disrespectful, our pizza was made horribly and not even cut. When I asked if that's how a pizza was supposed to look she looked at me and the pizza and said there is nothing wrong. After having me, my wife and kids wait 30 min and took 5 min to even acknowledge we were waiting in the front. Never going back!!
