Contribuisci feedbackI've lived in old Pearland and now I'm on this side of 288, and I have to say that this pizza is the best I've ever had in Pearland. The crust is incredibly soft and delicious, and it's fully cooked. The ingredients are fresh, and it feels like my pizza was made with genuine care. From now on, this will be my go-to place for pizza!

I 've eaten at other Pepperoni 's before this is the worst one or worst pizza place experienced ever.So I ordered it lunch online a few weeks ago when I got there my food wasn 't ready even though I came 10 mins late. The girl at the counter didn 't even put my food in the bag, I had to reach over her to get a bag put my food into the bag. My salad was missing I guess at the time someone had to make it? So I waited. She took an order from a person in line went to the back. I saw her rolling making 2 pizzas. 10 mins rolled by I 've been standing there, right at the counter for 10 mins. I finally called out to her that if the salad wasn 't ready then I like a refund because I can 't wait this long, I gotta go back to work. So she went to the back then within secs she had a salad. It was probably in the fridge the whole time didn 't need to be made. She just forgot about me my existence even though I was standing right there by the counter.BTW the wings are horrible. They 're very dry barely had any meat, it was like eating jerky but the sauce was good. I opened up my pizza nice as I was pulling out a slice I noticed something at the bottom. It was like this black metal rail or some sort. It was the pizza pan she used to cook my pizza in. She had dropped the whole thing the box. I took a picture because I thought this is definitely the worst place ever.The pizza was really good though, but the bad service all of that. Never again. I will drive out to other Pepperonis location far wide but I will not come to this location ever again. I read some of the reviews here also rebuttals or explanations. All of it this is unacceptable. If you can 't find or hire good work that 's not my problem. What is my problem is the disrespect time wasted that I won 't get back. No refund or explanation can give me that back.
I placed an order at 6:15 PM on January 15th, and it's now 8:18 PM, yet my pizza still hasn't been delivered. The call center is unable to reach the Kingsley store in Pearland, TX, to find out what's happening. It's been over two hours, and no one has responded. I requested the store's direct number, but the representative said they weren't allowed to provide it. Now it's 8:20 PM...
This place has gone down with service. The staff ignores you when you go to pick up your order. I had to play loud music to get their attention at the drive-through window. After 10 minutes, the girl takes my name to check on the order and vanishes for another 15 minutes. It's already over 35 minutes on top of the estimated time given, and there is still no sense of urgency. incompetent staff, poor experience. I am still waiting while writing this review. This is second time in a row where they have screwed up. I gave the benefit of doubt for the first time. Do not order here and spoil your dinner.
