Sonic Drive-in - Pearland

I haven’t been to sonic in some years and I can see why I stop going. Customer Service sucks. I went to get a banana shake for my mom and had trouble understanding the young lady taking my order. As I was ordering things that had a discounted price I see on screen no discounts. I explained this to the lady and she said “oh it will be on your receipt “ when I received my order it was not on the receipt. The manager took a while just to come out and only refunded my money. Didn’t really apologize for not only wasting my time waiting on them to get it right but never expressed that either the girl who took my order was just new and in training or just anything even after I explained what went wrong even before it went wrong. That alone frustrated me then when finally get home one of the shakes i ordered was not correct, but this time I was completely over Sonic. Their drinks are not that good to keep coming to get bad service.

We ordered sonic blasts and we’re missing most of the blast!!

I pull in to the drive through for 10 minutes and no one answered then I went to the parking spot where your order and pressed the button and waited for 10 minutes and no response. Three other people were mad and left with out there food. Only to have them turn off the lights at 8:20 pm. Worst Sonic service ever.

Me and my partner are disappointed on trying the Chocolate Chunk Brownie Blast and the Turtle Truffle Nut Blast from here since they only filled the cup with ice cream and the chocolate chunk brownie and turtle as a topping. There were none in the middle or bottom of the ice cream.

My food was very fresh and everything was good. I wanted to dine-in , and we did, but I wanted to use the tray on my window, but it was broken. Also, nobody came to check on us. Typically when one sits in their car to eat, someone comes to check on them to make sure they have everything they need.
