Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream Pearland

Good ice not very friendly customer service. I didn't really want to ask about the different aromes of ice answer.

We’ve been coming to Sub Zero for years, and it was one of our favorite ice cream spots. Today we brought our overseas guests here, and it was absolutely horrible. The person who made our ice cream was extremely rude to my dad. We ordered a keto vanilla and a keto coconut ice cream. I’ve had them before, and they were really good, but today it was nothing more than a blob of frozen heavy cream. The vanilla had 0 flavor, it was horrible. I doubt we’ll come here again. So sad. We used to love it, but this is what happens if employees don’t care about the business they work for.

This is the most horrendous horrible ice cream that you can probably have , its like you are having artificial flavours from cheap candy .

First time here. First I noticed was the smell of cigars. I believe this was the original shop where they sold cigars before selling the place. I think the guy behind the counter was the owner; didn't greet us. I opted for the chocolate/coffee flavored icecream with almonds and toffee. Had no flavors of coffee nor chocolate. Barely any sweetness at all. Second option was the fruity dragons breath balls with nitro. The nitro lasted less than 5 mins and the fruity balls tasted stale. With them opening late in the day and closed one day a week I can see why it would be stale. I don't think this business is their main profession. For those 2 items I spent $9. I won't be coming back here again.

BEST i SCREAM EVER!!!The Owner has the Patience of the Dalai Lama, very Professional, very Meticulous...If it’s your 1st TIME be Patient it’s Worth it.
