Contribuisci feedbackThe service at this restaurant was terrible. The female Hispanic manager working on 3/22/24 at around 2:13 pm needs to be fired. She not only does not speak English, but she is also rude and refuses to assist black customers. When asked a question, she ignores the customer and sends a black male employee to deal with them. The Hispanic male employee working at the same time was also very rude and disrespectful. Subway should not tolerate unprofessional behavior from their employees and should stop hiring people who cannot speak the native language of the country. I do not recommend visiting this location.
Avoid purchasing the TUNA from Shadow Creek Subway on 3/5/24 as it made both myself and my grandson very ill. When trying to address the issue with store manager AMY, she hung up without listening or taking any information. Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. - Linda
