Contribuisci feedbackI ordered a bacon bourbon triple burger with big frits and a large chocolate frosty, and a baked potato thru Doordash. I got the burger and the pommes, but the chocolate frosty and the baked potato was nowhere to find. They never came with the order. I got a strawberry-looking frost that tasted mint, and I got frits instead of the baked potato. Wendy gets the guilt for the frosty and baked potato, and the Dasher gets some of the guilt not to check the order and realize that chocolate should not look pink.
We ordered a Bretzel Speck Pub chicken sandwich combination with a large frit and a small Dr Pepper with a 10 piece Nugget and a 5 dollar biggie bag equipped with a medium fry. We came home and they forgot my big frit and the middle pumice were old and were burned. We tried to call and no one took up, and their voicemail is full. Why do we calculate for the combo if we don't get the combo? I'm pregnant and I really counted on my food to be good, and my husband worked all day and he deserves good delicious food. It should have been fresh for the money.
Big, I bought a baked potato and it looks bloated, old and it tastes like that. It was a crusty baked potato, not ready to eat it. I also ordered a small chili... super watery, barely meat or beans. I bought both of these items from Wendy before, but in another place, so I know that Wendy can make a good baked potato and chili. However, this place suck, the staff look miserable and the food they deserve reflects that.
I ordered 3 large chili. 2 with cheese one without. Got home, no cheese. I didn't get a receipt to see if I was charged for the cheese or not. So, i added my own cheese Paid $15.10 . Went to eat it.. No meat inside any of them. Nothing but the two kinds of beans. Trying to call them, no answer. And I damn sure didn't ordered any vegetarian chili. Called them at least 19 times that night. Also , the following day. They will pick up then hang the phone up on you.Worse, Wendy's ever.???
Poor customer service. Staff sitting on counter, telling customers wait a minute. Did not take order. Manager on duty Angie barely speak English could not provide a customer service number. Horrible experience
