Hotelhorizont - Pec pod Snezkou

We had a superior room on the 16th floor. The view is beautiful, but the room is too small. The hotel and its facilities deserve renovation. We were not very impressed with the wellness. The service was pleasant, but it could use more staff as they were not very busy. We liked the bar on the 18th floor. A big plus was that our room was already ready at 10 am.

We were here for the first time and definitely not the last. Very friendly hotel staff. Willing to advise and help with anything. Great buffet food for both breakfast and dinner, where I think everyone has to choose. Wellness without reservation, clean environment, pleasant water in the pool, great experience in the spa. We also used massages and also for 1* We would definitely love to come back.

The vacation spot with the Horizont Hotel is beautifully situated in a valley. Very friendly staff at reception. Room top. Gastronomy very good. I will gladly come again. The hotel cannot be overlooked, it is a legacy of the old construction. It would need reconstruction of the external facade, and probably the interior would also benefit from new furniture. Wellness, bicycle rental, massages, swimming pool...nothing to complain about. The best was the restaurant. If you want to gain weight, go. They cook perfectly.
