I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese, but there was hardly any cream cheese on it—mostly just bagel.
I specifically requested the butter packets on the side, but they ended up pairing the butter with the avocado spread, which wasn't ideal. However, the frozen chocolate and MUNCHKINS donut hole treats were fantastic!
I wish I could give them zero stars, honestly. Every time I've visited, my order has been wrong. I often receive cups that are half full, and they try to disguise it by topping them off with foam. Even when I point this out, they only fill them to about two-thirds at best. I’m not sure if the staff finds this amusing or if they just don’t know what they’re doing. The staff could certainly improve their attitude, especially when it comes to addressing mistakes. The place is also dirty and poorly maintained, with the kitchen and barista area looking particularly messy. I won’t be returning.
I've been to this restaurant several times, and my drinks are consistently only half full. Additionally, my food orders are frequently incorrect. When I ask the staff to fix my order, they often respond with attitude. I won’t be returning to this location.
