Hotel Alka Plaza

The service at the hotel and restaurant was excellent. The staff were very attentive and the hotel was well-maintained. I highly recommend this place.

The restaurant was okay. we ordered rooms with king bed and they gave us sick rooms. it was unacceptable. the manager himself was so annoying and he was very bad. also the receptors were so rude. too. not worth it. so cheap. the police also roared in the hotel and literally no private sphere. better not to choose this place.

We booked a birthday party for 12 people at Kabani Palace Restaurant. They did a fantastic job, with a great atmosphere and excellent staff. We thank them for providing us with such a great experience. A special thanks to Libin, the F&B manager, as well as Tinu and George.

The arrangements were good. But the food is not upto the mark. We had to pay almost double cost as the same good quality food available from different catering units. The food timings for the function were given till pm. The bearers refused to heat the food/keep the flame on after pm. When we went in the night to settle the bills, the GM of the hotel was fighting with the event management guys in a very immature way. He was using all foul languages. I dont know how he would be running the hotel. Too cheap. But later it was found that he wanted to be bribed by the event management guys. Too shameful.

Good food with reasonable charge. Recommend for tourists. Delay of to Good parking space
