Novotel Pekanbaru

First time in Indonesia and loved every piece of it. Hotel and staff were great! Staff work hard to keep this place beautiful and the high standard is during these Kovid challenges. It is located right next to a beautiful shopping center.

Nice, the room is very clean and particularly comfortable! The hotel had a luxury feeling. The price per night is about 1 million. The location was close to the shopping center, right next to the hotel.

Beautiful place with modern style woody decor. Could use small maintenance here and there, but overall a great experience. I'm glad to come back here after a 12-hour drive.

Very nice 4-star hotel rooms, love all design, elegant and clean. Wifi in nice speed there are 3 elevators so we don't have to wait long to use them. Breakfast meals are so many, no empty serving plates, very crowded because long weekends, but the staff are still friendly and helpful. Surprisingly, we have a jackpot if my husband takes a bath in the morning, the water is getting darker and darker. But that in a short time, maybe caused by hard rain in the early morning. Thanks Novotel!

It's a good place to stay where nearby malls, eatery, and coffee shops are located. Food at the coffee shop was served in reasonable time. Swift check-in and check-out time. Air-conditioning wasn't quite cool at Room 1501.
