Ginger Asian Bistro - Pekin

If they are looking for high-quality Asian food, this is probably not. my curry huh had thin, gum-like shin that didn't seem to be done somehow. would have been 2-3 stars if that was not the consistency of slightly boiled, stir. they must have some meal times that make them something right. Maybe it was a new cook. idk. would not normally have checked, but I couldn't eat it

I showed up 20 minutes late for a pick up because they always run slow. It's now 40 minutes after pick up time and still nothing........ ask about a time on it she walked in the back and hasn't come back with an answer.... also literally watched a DoorDash driver leave because his order canceled because it was taking so long....

Delicious food and great service!! Sweet/Sour Chicken and Spring Rolls were delicious!
