Creekside Bbq - Pelham

Fried green tomatoes were the star of the show. Crispy batter and the sauce that came with was a nice compliment. Brisket and ribs were smoked well, tender, and just a little on the dry side. Besides the ribs and slaw coming off a bit salty, it was a good meal. The server came to check on me and recommended I try some of the house made pickles and pickled onions great call. Nothing exciting on the red sauce. The white sauce however was above average. Looking forward to coming back and trying some other things. Getting every single thing right on a combo plate of bbq is tough, but these guys are doing well.

We were travelling from NY to watch a hockey game and drove by Creekside the night of a game and saw how packed it was and said that place must be good. The following night for the next game we went early and stopped and the food was absolutely delicious. The service and staff were awesome all around. I had the pulled pork sandwich, loaded potato with pork and the corn casserole and they were all amazing. If we have time to stop before the end of our trip we definitely will.

This just became my go-to spot after a mtb ride at Oak Mountain! Perfect pulled pork, delicious gold bbq sauce, crispy fried green tomatoes. Thanks!

Over the last decade I've lived in 4 southern states. This place is one of the very best bbq joints around. They have an amazing rib plate. They have great service and a nice selection of local beers on tap. Highly recommend.
