Mcdonald's - Pelham

I had a positive experience at this McDonald's. It was straightforward and efficient, with minimal wait times. The staff was friendly and provided good service.

I would not recommend this McDonald's. The staff is rude and indifferent to the cleanliness of the restaurant; the tables and floors were dirty. One of the employees even tried to take my food, despite knowing they could easily get their own. I don't appreciate being harassed by the staff. The four McChickens I ordered were poorly made—messy and lacking in essentials like mayonnaise and lettuce, which should be simple to provide. The patties seemed to have been sitting in the warmer for too long, but not long enough to go bad. It's disappointing; they should take pride in their establishment instead of making traveling customers feel unwelcome when all they want is a break.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this McDonald's. The chips were served piping hot and freshly made, and the burgers were also prepared to order and served quickly. I don't usually comment on McDonald's locations, but this one feels different—dare I say it's a cut above many of the others? I encourage you to check it out and see if you agree. The proof is in the pudding, as they say!

This McDonald's has came a long way, but the last two times I've been the attitudes were a bit better. We will see the next time i visit for an update

Customer service was beyond horrible and the kiosk was malfunctioning yet the what appeared to be the manager on duty still directed customers to utilize them when they were 1 freezing up but 2 very hard to navigate in the past as well. It's not userfriendly and it seems if you have not used them before you'll need to use up your time to figure out how to use their not souser friendly application bc when placing your order the app is tricky when navigating from ordering to paying. Then you take anumber only to be met with come get your order so why take a number for a table????
