Mcdonald's - Pelham

Better than last time I was there in July 2021. Manager was very rude to me and my friend. The staff was also very busy on their phones and socializing with each other, I never had to go back. When she was asked for company phone number, she gave me phone number to Pelham location, this time she didn't see it. Young man worked very polite and considerate, woman at the counter was also very polite. I'm so sorry that this evaluation was meant for high school children's jumping place I give them 2star. My experience at McDonald was great. People were all very accommodating for children

This McDonald’s in Pelham, NH is one of the best when it comes to customer service. You are always polite when you take and give your order. If you wait too long for an order, they apologize immediately and are ready to give you gift coupons. Catherine one of the managers is very nice and strives to know all regular customers. Besides, my food coffee is always hot. Keep the good work you are an excellent crew.

I was pleasantly surprised how efficient they were and how fast we got our food. The food itself (Quarter Pounder, Big Mac, icy coffee) was nice and hot and tasted fresh from the grill. I expected very little from McDonald's (while I experienced bad service, long lines of indifferent employees from TN to CO to NH), but today was really nice. And it looked like people were eating nicely!
