Prime 16 - Pelham

A place close and love to my own heart, I come here since they opened the location pelham. the beer selection is phenomenal, with large class and some of whom you have never heard. the burgers are great, they can adjust one from the earth to the top or choose from the list of designed burgers. I personally always commission this design, as there were clearly many thoughts that entered them and they are delicious. Moreover, the atmosphere is very cold, the service is great and there are even vegetarian options on a burger joint.

Good eating, the service could be better because it only worked 1 waitress and the bartender the tables. not a place to go for a quick bite, as our eat about 35-45min for appetizers and another 40min for our main dishes. but their burgers are good to wait, as they were juicy and tasteful. they have a large selection of craft beer. 02/18/2019 great service, tasty eating, definitiw a better experience then the first time and a consistently tasty aromas. c 2/24/19

I ordered through Door Dash and my order was early even. I am close by but I was happy about that. My Ny Burger was missing the main reason I ordered it, The Stack of Tobacco crispy onions. Here was the worse issue, upon calling the restaurant, the person who answered, sure sounded like the owner as I have been here several times, heard the issue and automatically said I can 't refund you because this was a Door Dash order . That he 'd have to contact them...I didn 't ask for a refund but it was hard being able to talk because he kept assuming for me but one thing he didn 't do was offer me a solution. I am the customer no? He then told me that i would have to get the Onions. Well if I felt like moving from my home, I wouldn 't have ordered delivery. I hung up because you can tell when there isn 't going to be resolve and the customer shouldn 't have a difficult time getting that either. The burger and sauce was overly salty so I didn 't finish.
