Contribuisci feedbackI'd give 0 stars if I could. I went to sound with my husband last night because I was pregnant almost 25 weeks and I was very hungry. We waited at least 30 minutes after the order in the app. My husband came out and went in to discover all the staff a long time ago? it was at 7:35 or so when this happened. We have tons of other people? waiting for food that NIE would come. Your hours say you're closed at 9:00. The worst thing was that my card was still charged because I used your stupid app. I expect my money to be refunded immediately, as your employees have gone home and could not even leave a note and because I NOT RECEIVE FOOD. Talked with the manager and apparently closed them early but not closing the app and turn off all lights. I wasn't the only customer there last night and I got a video of everything to prove it. It's ridiculous that I had to wait for food that would never arrive and be charged to them because they were unprofessional. Now I have to wait 10 working days to get my money back. That's a terrible setup.
That's the third time this happened. I often come here because of working time and customer service with going through is great, but the chefs regarding order processing and order processing are absolutely terrible. And you wonder why Chick-fil-A is who they are. This sound would work better if it used circus shots to run day-to-day operations. Staff really make their goal in life to show the world how absurd the idea of increasing the minimum wage is. Do not plan on your typical fast food experience. You need to plan at least one hour from your day to get lunch. Instead of mobile orders, they should have a way to drive and prepare the food themselves. I'm sure it would wait at least 30 minutes. (Waited over an hour for ice. Tell us they wouldn't bring it because the store was closed now. Despite the fact, we ordered the food an hour before closing.
Food was real good. Quick and friendly service. But the sign says the patio is open at 8 am but the inside is locked at 1145 am and the order booths are closed with no explanation. Drive through only. We ate at the outside patio which was nice.
We arrived 15 minutes before closing and first tried through the ride thru. As soon as we got to the speaker, there were no employees. We tried to take their attention, but no one took our order. Then we went to the Drive In stations and pressed the button. We waited five minutes for no answer. At this point we just went somewhere.
