The food was tasty, the staff was welcoming, and the service was prompt. Your winter soups are absolutely amazing!

I don't even know where to begin! On May 6th, my family and I discovered this small restaurant recommended by some acquaintances. We were informed that the food was good and that it was a family-friendly dining spot. However, this could not have been further from the truth. We waited for a waitress to take our drink orders for a good ten minutes. When our drinks finally arrived after an additional five minutes, my tea tasted bitter and my husband's coffee and water were cold and served in a dirty cup with lipstick stains from the previous customer. The service was slow and the server appeared unclean. The food was served cold, tasting as if it had been sitting out all day. To make matters worse, a cockroach appeared on our table while we were eating. At that point, we decided to leave our plates untouched, approach the counter, and speak with the man whom I assumed was the owner. Despite our complaints about the poor experience, he simply apologized and charged us for the entire meal, even as he sat behind the counter spitting tobacco into a cup. We never expect anything for free, so we paid for what we had ordered, but we will definitely not be returning. Cleanliness is extremely important to me, and this restaurant fell far short of my expectations. My family and friends will not be dining there again, and I believe others should know about the quality of the food and service they are receiving.
