Kimball's Cav'ern - Pembroke

The service was awful my husband and I sat at the bar to have lunch. We order 2 drinks and our meal, he got a pizza and I got a burger and fries. We waited a good 45 minutes for our food and the place was not full by any means. My husband finished his beer and they never came over to see if he wanted another one? Now for the food, I asked for a medium burger but when I got it it was well done, the bun was toasted but now hard and cold and the fries were cold I did get some from the bottom that were a bit warm and my husband's pizza was piping hot. So I figure they made my burger and it sat there until his pizza was done. After we ate we sat there for another half hour until the bar tender came over we said we would have our check and a box for the pizza, then she left and didn't come back she was busy talking to the regulars. Hands down my favorite place to eat, Until I received an order of wings that were pink and clearly undercooked. I told the waiter and his response was That 's weird, its our most popular thing on the menu He then through them out and still charged me for the Wings. I had an amazing experience at Kimball's Cavern and would give it 5 stars without a doubt! The atmosphere was fantastic, and the service provided by Sarah and Dwane and Staff was awesome and exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and made our visit truly special. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was perfect for a memorable night out. I highly recommend Kimball's Cavern to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience!
