Contribuisci feedbackIt's subway.. it's hard to go wrong.Products were consistent and I didn't have to wait.Do wish the folks working there were a bit cheerier... But.. we can't always be excited to be at work.
Since the new owners took over the quality is much better. I wish I could give 5 stars but sometimes depending on the employees the vegetables can be a bit old and the the tomatoes very poor looking etc. I think this is just due to not keeping the fridge down but other than that the food has been much better overall. I always tip when the employees doing a good job are around.
Before new ownership this was a 1 star location. if you see any reviews about this location being extremely slow it was before the new owners took over. you'd place an online order and it wouldn't be ready after an hour and you'd have to wait in line to pick it up even if you had prepaid. it was the actual worst subway i had ever been to.it is now, hands down, the best subway location and it's right here in pembroke. they have curbside pickup and you also have the option to go in and pick up your online order off a shelf without waiting in line (similar to blackburg chipotle)every change these new owners have made you just go that makes sense, why didn't they do this before thank you new owners!
They could also go there, every time they order and see what they do. they have not comforted my support, babcon on my man sub forgotten, and hardly any veggies on my subdivision could be too much parmesan. not terrible, but you have to babysit.
They have the handicap parking blocked by the curbside pickup sign. I've spoken to employees twice about this and they told me they would tell the owner.You cannot block/share the parking spot with anything, let alone a order pick up spot.Put it further down or in the other side.Me and my family will not eat here until it's addressed. It's unsafe for people that need to park there due to a disability.
