Bru-sket-ta - Pembroke Pines

I visited this restaurant for the first time tonight, and I had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. The ambiance was cozy and charming, making it very comfortable. I was also impressed by the overall setup—it was quite striking! I ordered the pigpest scallopini and for dessert, I had the strawberry tiramisu. I couldn't resist starting with the bruschetta as an appetizer. Everything was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be coming back.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! I’m writing this review before my visit, but I can’t wait to go. The calzone (as shown in the picture) is absolutely amazing—it just melts in your mouth, with delicious dough and incredibly fresh ingredients. It's really good! And the lasagna? Oh my gosh! I was too hungry to even take a picture because it looked so tempting! The flavors, the cheese, the sauce, the handmade pasta—everything was perfectly balanced and incredibly tasty. The server was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!

As soon as I stepped inside, I was greeted by a very friendly server. The restaurant itself was so cozy; although I’ve never been to Italy, I imagined that the atmosphere there would be just as warm and beautiful, especially with the lovely lighting on the ceiling (MARVELOUS!). I decided to order the spaghetti Bolognese, and let me tell you, it was an INCREDIBLE DISH. You might think, “Oh, it’s just pasta,” but trust me, it was so much more than that. The sauce was the real deal—not watered-down meat mixed with some artificial sauce from a can, which I’ve unfortunately come across before. No, this was HOMEMADE! The pasta was cooked Al Dente, and the flavors in the sauce were simply out of this world! For dessert, I couldn’t resist ordering the Tiramisu because why not? It tasted heavenly—creamy and soft, like a little piece of paradise. The portions were generous, the prices were very reasonable, and the place was impeccably clean and tidy. I’m definitely giving this restaurant 5 stars, and I will be back for sure! This is the kind of hidden gem you want to enjoy on a Saturday night or Sunday afternoon. P.S.: Those empty plates? I didn’t have time to take beautiful pictures after the first bite! Go check it out for yourself; you won’t regret it!

This is a great place with a friendly staff and cozy interior that lets you feel at home. Everything we tasted was fresh and rich in taste and texture. The Kalamari with shrimps and zucchini was perfectly broken and fried and was some of the best we had. The braided veal filled ravioli was decadent with a velvety filling and crispy pancetta topping. The thin crust pizza was also great with a crispy crust, sweet sauce and delicious salty mozzarella. This is probably our new way to the pizza place, so good it was. We look forward to trying the rest of the menu and recommend this neighborhood lottery for those who are serious about good Italian cuisine.

Great neighborhood Italian restaurant. We have eaten here 4 times and everything we tried is amazingly delicious. Service is also top notch. Make a reservation if you are trying to eat here on the weekend.
