The fries were truly disappointing—burnt and overly greasy. I asked for another serving, but they were the same! On the bright side, the burger was quite good!

This location is further from my home however I came out with my kids to support the Falcon Sound and I'm so glad I did! Tiffani was amazing! We took quite some time to decide on our order and she was very patient and pleasant! Totally coming back to this location! Thank you Tiffani for your professionalism!

Deciding to give it another chance, I went back tonight. The cashier was friendly and cheerful when taking our order, and our food arrived quickly. However, we soon realized that my husband’s "CEO Burger" was missing some of the toppings it was supposed to come with. I walked to the front to politely ask if we could get the missing toppings on the side. Unfortunately, the cashier's demeanor changed dramatically. She tried to gaslight me, insisting that the bacon jelly was cooked into the burger meat, which is why I didn’t see it. Feeling frustrated, I returned to my table to check the menu online for confirmation, then went back up to clarify. Immediately, she snatched a container of bacon jelly from the counter and tossed it onto the counter in front of me. I was taken aback by her treatment, as I felt like an inconvenience just for asking for the toppings we had paid for. I pride myself on being understanding and was not confrontational; I have experience working in restaurants and know that mistakes can happen. Later, when I got home, I stumbled upon a review mentioning that some cashiers inform the cooks about customers who don’t tip, resulting in intentional mistakes like omitting toppings. This made me wonder if that was the reason she reacted so rudely to me. The tipping culture in casual dining has escalated to an extreme. She had no idea that I intended to leave a cash tip after my meal. It would have meant a lot if they had simply acknowledged the oversight or offered a sincere apology instead of treating me rudely. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location again.
