Staff are super rude, very unwilling. They never heard of something called a costume service. They are very rude and they were upset when I ask a question or I change something in order. Never come back to this restaurant, they don't even deserve people to eat there. The restaurant is not clean at all and the staff do not wear gloves during serving. I don't think they even wash their hands before they give the food. The two workers hate that they even work. You're crazy and angry all the time. They gave attitude to any order or come inside. The chicken is burned and disgusting. The food quality is super bad. I don't know how this restaurant chain is still open here in Pembroke Pines with such a terrible service.

I ordered the meal for 3 that is a whole chicken with 3 pages and 4 pages. It was so difficult to choose because everything looked so delicious and fresh. I ordered the sweet potato casserole that is amazing and the Mac and cheese is also really good. I highly recommend this place!! Great customer service too.

Eat here for years, always fresh, familiar friendly faces. You can always call beforehand and drop a fresh chicken for your arrival in your name. They will accompany you all the way.

I'm trying to find out why people who make reviews would say the workers are rude. We're going for dinner and talking to the friendly workers. The owner Tulio, Rodney and the others take time to chat with us. Some times the service is somewhat slow in a good way. They take time to ensure that the foods cooked to the correct amount and the sides together. Give the place a try and tell them Kevin the trumpet player sent you.

I have been coming here for years and the attitude of these employees is UNREAL!! The food is amazing, too bad the service is so terrible. I rather pay extra (doordash) to deliver to me than to go in person. Horrible service!!!
