Chick-fil-a - Pembroke Pines

Wow, this was the first time I've ever had to wait 15 minutes in the drive-thru for my food. When I got to the pickup window, they asked me to pull forward, saying they would bring it out in another 15 minutes. When I finally got to the window, the cashier acted surprised and grabbed my bag, but when I asked if they had forgotten my order, they claimed they were just waiting on the sausage. However, I saw them reach back to grab it. It was a confusing experience. When I got home, the sausage looked half-cooked. This has definitely been a disappointing first experience!

I absolutely adore the food; it's incredibly delicious! I took my best friend here for her birthday, and it was an amazing experience. The staff is extremely friendly, making it a fantastic place to enjoy a meal at any time.

Waited 15min in mobile drive thru because they blocked it off and no one would let me into line. Unorganized. No point of mobile drive thru takes longer .

One of my favourites for Sandwiches and Burgers. Chick-fil-A has their own tasty treats that make us visit again and again. It's definitely on our top list for sandwiches and burgers.
