Contribuisci feedbackI placed a pickup order and received a text stating my food was ready 10 minutes after the estimated completion time. After waiting an additional 10 minutes following my check-in through the app, I decided to go to the restaurant to check on the status. After waiting for a minute in line to speak with someone, they found my food on the shelf and handed it over to me. I didn't bring up the delay. The food was good but not hot or fresh. However, considering it was the peak dinner rush between 7:00 and 7:30, I can overlook that.
The restaurant has a wonderful family atmosphere, and I really enjoyed the 2-for-1 drink specials. The mango drink was surprisingly better than the strawberry one! They also offer a great meal deal where you can customize your dish, and it’s all at a fantastic price!
Upon arriving at the restaurant, we were surprised to find no one there to greet us, and we stood for over five minutes before being acknowledged. Our waitress also had bar duties, which I can understand given the low occupancy for a Saturday night, but it took an hour for her to check on us. The food took a long time to arrive, and when it did, it was cold. To make matters worse, my order was completely wrong despite my clear communication about what I wanted. I had to remove the incorrect item from my bill because there was no server available to ensure everything was correct. We also never received a drink refill during our visit. While the staff was friendly, I won't be returning to this restaurant on a Saturday night. It's essential for the entire team to pitch in to meet customer needs. Overall, I would rate the service a 2 out of 10.
The place was not overcrowded so that our group could be removed properly. friendly, confident staff. great teamwork; our waitress had not even finished the drink order and how magie was right there. the eating was delicious (as always.) server and workers were wonderful. a lot of service.
Our waitress was great! She was new, but the girl that seated us was rude, like we were bothering her by coming in.. its called customer service, that is why chili's is open you have a job. I have been coming to this location for years.
