Kfc - Pembroke Pines

This car goes on the hill. I place my order to 5,55pm 11.18.21 and I get a number 15 tell them my side and drink and in a hurry from a guy how can first my order not be good customer service at all.

Bad customer service on Monday 11/15/21 9:50PM by drive. Female person who took my order was extremely rude. I went up to the window, but then I decided not to pay for such a bad service. KFC management, please train your employees on common courtesy and customer service. God bless

I went to this place about 6 months ago (not my usual KFCs) and the chicken was burned almost black. The wings were so bad, you could not get a piece of skin or meat from it. I hoped this time was better WRONG! Not burned, but I asked for all white meat, I got it all dark. It was so fat, the chicken slipped out of the box. The cookie was fat and with the center almost like a hockey puck. The potatoes were hardly heavy. No utensils or napkins. Dear KFC, but will not be back. Don't waste our money again!

No KFC sign. The doors are closed, the restaurqnt is very dirty on the inside and accepts only the drive by orders. I left when I saw the inside through the glass

They never have Grill chicken, and when they do have it, it's Cold. I gave 2 stars because I had perfect Grill chicken one time, smh.
