This is the second time I go and there is no chicken , and they try to offer you other plates from the menu that are more expensive. This is pretty strange. I used to come every Sunday and there was always chicken on a Sunday. Terrible service. Badexperience

This place is far superior to Pollo Tropical. The portions are generous, and the chicken is juicy rather than dry. The staff is also very friendly. You definitely get your money's worth here!

I am honestly feeling quite insulted! I just ordered a lomo saltado from this restaurant on University Dr., and when I arrived home, I was disappointed to find there was barely any meat in the small container. I counted only six pieces of meat, and the majority of the contents were onions. It’s truly frustrating and disappointing to pay $17 and receive so little food to enjoy at home. This is subpar and mediocre service. I really wish the owner could see this!

The food is usually tasty and sufficient. However, recent purchase left me disappointed. The proportions of the food was ridiculous (small) for the price.

The food was quite delicious, but the service was extremely poor and disappointing. I placed a to-go order, but they messed it up multiple times and didn’t seem to know what they were doing. After about 20 minutes, my food finally came out, but it was served on a plate instead of being packed to go. I had to remind the staff that it was a to-go order. They really need to improve their communication with the kitchen, as it was a complete mess. I won’t be returning unless they fix these issues!
