Nothing Bundt Cakes - Pembroke Pines

I ordered a cake three days in advance for my daughter's birthday, and I was choosing between this place and Misha, both of which I like. When I arrived on a Friday afternoon to pick up the cake, I asked the young woman, Andrea, for a box since I had a two-hour drive and didn't want the cake to shift in the car. I requested a small box to secure the cake, but she told me it would still slide around. I felt she could have been a bit more accommodating and helpful. They could benefit from having staff members who are a bit friendlier.

Hi! I've ordered so many cakes from you and have never had a problem until now. I placed an order for today to be delivered between 11:30 and 12:00 on Friday. I called at 11:18 to check on the status since I hadn't received any updates. The person who answered the phone was very nice, but they didn’t seem to understand what I was talking about. I was then transferred to the manager, Esther, who was incredibly rude. I couldn't believe it. She said she would try to get the order delivered on time, despite me paying a $20 delivery fee. She blamed the company for not informing customers that delivery times are only estimated, claiming there was nothing she could do since she was busy. I told her she should do her best to get the order here on time. At that point, she raised her voice and hung up on me twice. I need a solution to this issue. I will continue to follow up every day until it's resolved, as I can only imagine how rude they are to other customers. I will also be leaving reviews on every platform. Order #010956566.

OMG let me tell you I had a small problem with one of my cakes and the manager Sheena solved all of my problems. She was so nice, courteous, helpful and most importantly Great Customer Skills. I wanted to take the time to say Thank you and I appreciate you. She needs a raise!! Because of her dedication I will be purchasing cakes every week!
