Pho Nguyen - Pembroke Pines

Fantastic Pho! It's flavorful and delicious, with consistently fresh ingredients and vegetables. The service is excellent, and the restaurant is impeccably clean. I've been coming here almost weekly for the past three years. The owner is incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure you're happy with your meal and going above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

The pho broth was wonderfully clear and had an authentic flavor. I was impressed by how well they managed to create such a clear bone broth. The menu clearly indicates how much meat is included in each bowl, as well as the prices for any additional toppings. This review focuses solely on the pho, as I didn't try anything else at the restaurant.

I ordered the vegetable pho and the vegan pancake. Although the prices are on the higher side, Pho Nguyen compensates with truly authentic and delicious cuisine. I would definitely come back here for a treat every now and then.

Woke up this week craving Pho. When I lived in LA, I used to eat Pho all the time but haven't it much since moving to South Florida. I looked up the restaurant near me that had the best reviews and discovered Pho Nguyen. They were definitely COVID-19 compliant as everyone wore a mask and they had plexiglass to protect the employees and customers when ordering takeout or to-go. They currently have a couple tables outside for those who prefer to eat in the open air and have limited dine-in occupancy. The food was good and the 90s pop music playing over the speakers reminded me of my youth. I would definitely return.
