Pollo Tropical - Pembroke Pines

I recently went to this location and ordered, black beans, brown rice and plantain. Got home to find pieces of chicken in the beans! After scooping out two pieces, there were too many tiny pieces so I had to dump it. I was quite upset, as I never had this issue from any other location. Black beans are supposed to be vegetarian at Pollo Tropical, as far as I'm told. The time I visited this location previously, I was given white rice when I'd ordered brown rice. It was too late to return as I'd ordered near closing time.I expect better from PT.Vegetarian options: Well, it was supposed to be vegetarian

Poor customer service didn't complete my order get home n notice my oder wasn't complete, n I go back n the manager acts like I'm trying to get something free ,,,Never again at this location ?

Staff was nice and helpful. Food was pretty good. Spacious environment to eat at.

The service was horrible, a boy named Antuan served us and he didn't even want to give us any sauce, he threw the food at us and the beans were almost thrown away, very bad attitude, they shouldn't hire people like that in these places

The worst part of going to Pollo are the long lines wait! Food is ALWAYS fresh delicious!
